Full Funnel

Full Mapping Session - 2.5 hours online (or in person if you are local). We work through your system, processes and funnels deciding what the end result will be and how much impact it will make. This is bespoke to your system and we can map everything even the parts we are not building so that you have a blueprint for future builds.

We build out your Funnel, typically it will include an opt in, a sales page, form, thank you page, payment/products, sequence of emails split according to client/lead behaviour and an email template for you to consistently reuse with your links, socials, branding etc. You can also choose to have either a pipeline to track your leads/sales or your calendar and links set up.

We then run internal tests, add researched seo to any pages and external test.

Tech Support Hours

Funnel Sketchers users - do you just need to get someone hands-on?

If you already use Funnel Sketchers and you have some things set up, you may find that you just need someone who knows what they are doing to just fix, add to and improve what you have. This is how it works:

  • We jump on an initial (free) call to get a great idea of what you are trying to achieve overall.

  • We set you up our end and add you to our Funnel Sketchers (through Kerry) and ask you send things to us; essentials (branding, pdfs, any baseline assets we might need). This does not come out of your allocated time.

  • We then send you a dedicated form that you can fill in to request things. These might be written, voice noted, videoed or request a call. They will be outcome-based* - we reply with the recommendations/choices to bring your ideas to life - you approve and we do the work.

5 Hours to be taken in one month:

Pre-October was £200, Currently £250

10 Hours to be taken in one month:

* Outcome-based means you tell us what you want the result to be and we work out the best way to do it, maximising your goals (whether that is to save time, increase revenue etc). An example of this is; 'update my primary sales funnel so that I get more sales'.

ABOUT US

Who are ZoEtik?

We were established in 2020 after our founder, Zoë left the education sector. Her career in Education went from teaching English and P.E in a comprehensive school, to assistant head of faculty in charge of data and boys education in English. She then went on to become a leading practitioner in 2015 and then moved, when she was made assistant head of a special school in 2017. She has extensive experience of teaching neurodivergent 6-16 year olds and has led strategy to create whole school improvement plans.

The ZoEtik team is a small but powerful one. ''Zoetic' means 'to pertain to life' and we believe that a small business should support your life and take into account your unique traits which, let's face it, are usually brought into the office whether we like it or not. We are all creative in different ways and have different lived experiences of neurodivergence. We all have one thing in common; we are all passionate about being good humans, looking after the environment and supporting those who feel they are 'just not that good at tech'. We work mainly with those who feel their neurodivergence, but there's no prerequisite to accessing our services, whoever you are.

Here are some of the ways we implement our values and mission into our services:

  • We have our own hosting provision, where trees are planted for every month someone hosts their website with us.

  • We look for the best platform and tools for our clients - we affiliate with as many as we can so that we can remain neutral in our advice. Any affiliate fees go back into the business for training.

  • We have efficient systems ourselves so that our clients feel secure and are not overwhelmed by the tech.

  • We monitor our business footprint and are working on Government incentives to stay as low energy as we can, by clearing emails, adding guidelines to our staff policies about digital footprints.

  • We are registered 'disability confident' and are learning-inclusive. We offer a variety of ways to access information through sound, video, text and digital readers. We recently incorporated an accessibility tool into every website we build as well as advising on language and alternative tools. We encourage minority groups and allies to build better messaging around inclusive working in all areas regardless of, age, disability, gender, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

Why are you doing this now?

You might be wondering why we're offering so much discount and why now (not long after Black Friday)? We've never been fans of Black Friday, but we don't mind other people doing it - I (Zoë) tend to plan what I need or want and then really research it - yep analytics all the way. We also realise that it's this time of year businesses are planning and building things for next year - imagine starting 2026 with your tech working so smoothly that your client management becomes a breeze or that your sales pages convert higher. The potential return on this investment at this cost will make your quarter one successful and that success affects us too. We're looking for momentum in our own business so these offers are only available until 12th December, for action takers.

What's this offer catch?

What are your previous prices based on?

Do you offer other services?

In addition to the offers on this page, we provide hosting, domains and emails, website builds using WordPress, a huge variety of funnel builds on many third party platforms, and full system builds. We also have a sister company called Neuro-Leading Ltd which supports leaders with training around neurodivergent awareness and support.

When does this offer run out?

This offer closes at midnight on 12th December 2025. It is open to all Funnel Sketchers' users. It will be advertised in the Funnel Sketchers' Facebook Group between 5-8th December and then outside of the group between 8th-12th December 2025. This offer is run over a short period of time as the cost is so low, it is not financially feasible to offer these prices after this time.

Where are you based?

We are currently based in Llanelli, South Wales and most of our team is remote. Next year we will be moving into a local, newly built complex of offices. If you wish for any of your services to be in-person and you are local to South Wales, this may be possible; please reach out.

What's the future of ZoEtik?

2026 plans for us are finalised and we will be looking to reconfigure and solidify our current offers. We will be looking for some new assistants to further support us and our clients. We are also 'in talks' with The Mental Health and Wellbeing Network in opening a South West Wales hub for networking.
